Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international orders (excluding restricted regions):

  • All customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Our return process is designed with the same efficiency you expect from premium cycling gear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Bike Helmets (once removed from packaging)
  • Biking Body Warmers (if worn)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our US headquarters at 3480 Palmer Road, Columbus, US 43085)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging when possible. Include:

  • Return authorization number (clearly visible)
  • Completed return form (we’ll provide)
  • All original tags and accessories

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping) within 1-2 business days of approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cycling gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
