Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products (see exceptions below). Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll process your request with the same speed and precision as a professional cycling team.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bike Helmets (once removed from packaging)
- Biking Body Warmers (worn items)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our US headquarters at 3480 Palmer Road, Columbus, US 43085)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging when possible. Include:
- Return authorization number (clearly visible)
- Completed return form (we’ll provide)
- All original tags and accessories
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping) within 1-2 business days of approval.
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Follow the same process above
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued minus any international return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your cycling gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
